How to use rank kit?
Type /kit in game server chat.

Can I purchase a rank for my friend as a gift?
Yes, you can gift a rank package using the  button on the order page. Please ensure your friend's Steam 64 ID is correct, as errors are your responsibility.

If I buy the Gold, Elite and Supreme ranks at the same time, can I use all of them?
Yes, they can be used together. However, please keep in mind that some features are shared.

What does increasing the package quantity during the order mean?
It extends the duration of your package.
For example, if you buy a 30-day package twice, you can use the package for a total of 60 days.

What happens if I buy a rank again before my current rank expires?
The remaining time from your current package and the duration of the new package will be combined. However, please note that /kit cooldowns will remain unchanged.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Tebex and check your subscriptions: Tebex Payment History
